The organising group reserves the right to refuse sponsorship proposals from inappropriate organisations. An invoice for the cost of your sponsorship is issued at the time of booking. The invoice will show the date on which the full balance is due, which is 4 weeks prior to london hauc expo. If the amount due is not paid in time we may cancel your booking.
